Company profile

Koopmans Bakery Products is specialised in the export of frozen pastry products. The range includes cream puffs, éclairs and a variety of tart and puff-pastry products.

These products are marketed in the retail and Out-of-Home channels throughout Europe, under our brands Café Condito®, Mini Windy’s®, RuckZuck®, Zauberteig® and MF®. We also supply leading European retailers with product under Private Label.

Offices in the Netherlands and Germany

Koopmans Bakery Products is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koopmans Koninklijke Meelfabrieken in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.

We, as a member of the Koopmans Koninklijke Meelfabrieken group, become involved at the time of the production of the flour: our involvement continues, via our export organisation in Leeuwarden and our Sales and Marketing Office in Germany, right through to the deliveries to our customers throughout Europe.
